Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you", "Tenant"), and ADAI DIGITAL LTD (company number 17242851), whose registered office is Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, England, IP28 7DE ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Pipework HQ SaaS application and website.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

By subscribing to a paid Pipework HQ plan (Solo, Standard with Gas Safe, or Professional), you agree to pay the recurring monthly or annual fee shown before checkout. Subscription billing is processed securely via Stripe.

You can cancel a subscription before its next renewal through the available billing portal. We reserve the right to suspend access to accounts with outstanding, overdue balances.

A promotion applies only under the conditions shown with that offer. FOUNDING29 applies to a new monthly Standard subscription, is limited to the first 20 successful paid redemptions and expires for new redemption after October 3, 2026. The discounted £29 monthly rate continues only while that subscription remains active; cancelling it ends the locked rate. A later subscription is charged at the price and terms available at that time.

ADAI DIGITAL LTD is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not added to the displayed subscription prices. We will update prices and checkout treatment if that status changes.

3. Stripe Connected Account Terms

To collect customer payments via your Pipework HQ storefront or invoice checkout pages, you must onboard and link a Stripe Connected Account.

You agree to comply with the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and understand that transaction payment processing occurs directly between you and your customers. We charge no hidden markup fees on connected transactions, but standard Stripe processing rates apply.

4. Regulatory Certifications & Compliance Liability

Pipework HQ provides digital templates for Landlord Gas Safety Records (CP12) and other industry forms, as well as calculation guides (BS EN 12831 sizing, BS 6891 pipe sizing).

Safety Disclaimer: All calculations, ventilation recommendations, and pressure drop estimations are designed solely as a reference helper tool. The engineer remains legally responsible for physical testing in the field.

We assume no liability for errors on safety certificates or physical damage caused by incorrect sizing. Installing engineers must maintain active Gas Safe or other relevant professional registrations and trade insurance.

5. Intellectual Property

The Pipework HQ trade name, brand marks, database structures, sizing algorithms, and source code are the exclusive intellectual property of ADAI DIGITAL LTD. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the platform.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and your use of the platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal actions arising under this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
