How it works

   Step 1: Find your referral code

   Every PipeworkHQ firm has one. It's on your dashboard home, with a ready-made share message and link you can copy.

   Step 2: They sign up with your link or code

   Your link pre-fills the code on the registration page, or they can type it into the referral code box when they create their account. It must be entered at sign-up — we can't attach it afterwards.

3. 3

   Step 3: They complete six paid months

   Once the firm you referred has been a paying subscriber for six months, your referral qualifies.

   Step 4: You get £50 account credit

   We apply a £50 credit to your PipeworkHQ account, which comes off your subsequent subscription invoices.

The terms — all of them

No asterisks, no “selected accounts only”, no conditions we haven’t written down here.

• The reward is a £50 account credit per qualifying referral, applied against your PipeworkHQ subscription invoices. It is not cash and there is no cash alternative.
• A referral qualifies when the firm you referred signs up using your referral code or link and then completes six paid months on any paid plan (Solo, Standard or Professional). Free-plan months don't count towards the six.
• The code must be entered at sign-up. We can't apply a referral retrospectively to an account that registered without one.
• Credits are checked and applied by our team by hand at the moment — expect your credit shortly after the referred firm's sixth paid month, showing on a following invoice. If you think we've missed one, email office@pipeworkhq.co.uk and a human will look.
• You need an active PipeworkHQ account (any plan) when the credit is applied.
• Self-referrals don't count, and we'll withhold credits where the programme is being gamed (for example, sign-ups that exist only to farm credits).
• There's no limit on how many firms you can refer.
• We may change or close the programme for future referrals, but a change won't be applied retroactively to referrals already made under these terms.
